The Bohri Food Co. comes from years of cooking with care and doing things the right way. From thaal experiences and house parties to weddings, sangeet functions, and corporate catering across India — the approach stays the same. Honest food, made with attention, served the way it’s meant to be. Still led hands-on. Still the same standards in every kitchen. Not something new — just continuing what’s always worked.
Six categories. One philosophy. Pick what calls to you — biryani, starters, slow-cooked raan, mains, desserts, or a meal box that fits the whole story into one tray.
Five biryanis. Three masalas. Dum-cooked the long way — Bohri-style white, OG red, Yakhni pulao, Tikka and Tandoori Barra.
Kheema samosas. Shahi rolls. Russian cutlets. Shami kebabs. Baida roti. The starters that get reordered first.
Leg of lamb marinated 24 hours, slow-cooked, finished three ways: Tandoori, Kaju, or Bhuna. Served with biryani rice, naan or sheermal pav.
